Come taste the silence of contemplative prayer with other contemplative companions...and rest in stillness.

We will enjoy extensive periods of Centering Prayer, Walking Meditation, Lectio Divina, Spiritual Companioning

and time for Contemplative Reflection.

Special attention will be paid to deepening our Centering Prayer Practice, to Christian growth and transformation.

Space will be created for quiet time, journaling, rest and walking within the sacred grounds of the Center.
