Within each of us there is an organic connection to the mystery and life of the universe of which we are a part. This natural connection can be felt and experienced in many ways, including through a practice called "Focusing." Our bodies hold and carry our personal histories.
We learn to take time and listen and to be with our hurts, issues and aspirations in a positive, caring, physically felt way. Focusing is very gentle, personal and private, even when practiced with another person.

Optional small group Focusing sessions will be a daily part of the retreat at no additional cost.

A private session may be scheduled for a $55 donation to IHC.

Gardens, walking paths and hiking trails abound on and beyond the 26 acres of oak lands that surround the Center.

Massage is available by appointment for $60 per hr.

Accommodations charges are inclusive of meals from Wednesday breakfast through Friday lunch.

Please add a $25.00 facilitator fee for each person attending.
